My bad review doesn't relate to the quality of the socks just the quality of the service. When the order came they sent the wrong socks. I ordered only plain socks they sent me some with a horrible pattern on them . Then I contacted sockshop via the message box on their website. I told them the order is wrong and I would like to send the patterned ones back and have them replaced with plain ones. They said no problem I would receive an email on the matter - no email came and I'm stuck with socks I'm not going to wear. I will buy socks and underwear elsewhere in future

I ordered both green and yellow bamboo socks that were a ‘special offer’ of “3 pairs for £9.99. I made the order, paid the price but only ONE arrived of each colour.
A large hole appeared on one sock within ten minutes of being worn.
