Had a part of order missing and am struggling to get a reply as to if i am getting a replacement or will need to send the whole. Order back and get a refund ?
Didn't get my parcel because of the unused friendly checkout. All online retailers give an option to enter delivery info before payment. Sockshop doesn't and I selected Google pay, my accounts including Google pay and bank account all have my current address but for some strange reason it autofilled with my Google "legal address" which was my address from 9 years ago. I had to go digging in my accounts to find and update this address because this has never been an issue with any online retailer, this address wasn't even on my autofill Google address because I deleted all past addresses. I'm now £35 out of pocket I can't get my parcel because I live no where near that address. I have contacted customer service and they have raised a ticket but yet to hear back. They need to update there checkout system because it's not user friendly, in the last nine years I have never had this issue when online shopping.
The t shirt is fine. True to description. BUT classic style, size looked fine so I popped it in the wash prior to wearing it as you do. Put it on too big and when I checked the printed garment label it was a 12 🤦♀️ I ordered a 10 it’s too big . But my error I should have looked closer. Can’t return it as it’s been washed. But very disappointed.
