My smallest criticism is I would only give the web-page four stars - still very good but a little difficulty navigating, and when my discount code was rejected (probably my fault) it emptied my basket. I have purchased this item for many years and kids socks loose their shape and go thin quickly . Then the promise of a free gift did not materialise as I apparently had to click some random box at checkout which I didn’t see /knew . So no gift ( I contacted customer service and their response is you didn’t click you don’t get it !-) .
