Can't review something I haven't yet received nor indeed do I ex[ect to as they are over 600 miles away at the minute.

Customer service was very poor. Website told me the purchase hadn't gone through so I had to re order only to get 2 emails saying both orders went through. I immediately tried to cancel but all I got was a 'chat bot'. Left my email with it and nobody got back to me. Also sent an email detailing the problem which didn't go through. After being told both had been dispatched I contacted it again then and only then did my email get sent to someone saying it was too late. Ended up paying for both and X2 delivery. This was a present for someone miles away and so I was told to contact them and get them to refuse delivery. They were out when the delivery came and so couldn't.
